This concerto was inspired by all of the magnificent Beethoven piano concertos. Starting with "Chopsticks", the piano part weaves in and out of prominence with the orchestra and builds to a big ending, in the style of Beethoven. I look forward to playing it with a real orchestra some day. World premiere, anyone?
