"Greg Can Play" CD

"Greg Can Play" was my first CD, released in early 2002.  It is a recording of songs spanning more than 20 years from my earliest composition (Canondo in 1980) up to my songs for my son, Ben (go back to my Family Album for Ben's song) and my dog, Darcy.  Click on the titles below.

This was my final project for a music composition course at Carleton College.  The name is derived from the Cannon River in Northfield, Minnesota.  I wrote this all in my head with just a piano - no MIDI or multi-track recording for me in 1980!  Originally written for a brass quintet, it is performed here by synthesized strings and woodwinds, which comes off pretty well.
